Dynamic movements are a fundamental aspect to FP training. All movements coached in this class will respect the patterns found in running walking and throwing. The classes are dutifully constructed with the human body in mind, meaning that none of the movements are arbitrary.
For a visual reference, some of the exercises can be found on our Instagram accounts fp_melbourne, fp_fiachra fp_jen and, fp_david.
The training will utilise Kettlebells, dumbells, bosu balls, club bells, maces and fpinnovations paraballs.
Classes are held by Fiachra every Saturday at 8am.
